Mission Statement

Chicago Eats World is a challenge to try and experience the food from every country of the world. I hope that by undertaking the mission people will feel not only full but more tolerant of how and why people prepare and eat the food they consume. The postings will give a brief overview of the cuisine, a video experience of a restaurant or meal cooked by a native of the specific country and take away recipes so you can recreate the meals at your own home. Please enjoy and realize that this is a diverse world that should be understood and appreciated.
